"Reasonable price and comfortable room. Pool was very small and on the third floor rooftop, very cold. If you want a relaxing pool atmosphere, this isn't the place. Short bus ride or approx 3 block walk to subway, and everything we wanted to see was a long way away, so we spent a lot of our visit on the subway and in buses. Wasn't worth the savings in the room. But the hotel itself is clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's just the location we didn't like."

"The non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The paint was old and there were burn marks on the window sills. The shower had rust in it and the water pressure was weak. The overall condition of the room was very run-down and in need of major renovations."

"That waiter in the Restaurant both Tues Nov 25th evening and Wed Nov 26th Morning - was over the top service. The elevators were not working during my stay which was alaraming that ended up in the basement and had to go back to the third floor to again wait for the elevator (from the 9th). It was eventually corrected. You should take your hat off to this waiter as his customer service would bring me back to your hotel again."
