"Was extremely dissapointed, Started with surprise as location had changed from Carlton Place. Next was charged triple for park and fly from year ago. Requesred rollaway bed for third person. Was told at time of reservation could not be reserved. Would have to request on arrival. Bed was pushed into room an arrival and left for us to make up. On return from trip called hotel for shuttle pickup.We waited 90 minutes for pickup and called 3 times to ask why.Would never stay at this hotel again. Appreciate chance to vent displeasure."
