"I think guests should know that it's $17 to park at the hotel (if it isn't full) or about $15 to park in public parking across the street."

"I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but it was clear that this room had been used by smokers at some point. When I got home, my nightie smelled of smoke--I did not like this. On the other hand, the room itself was bright and clean. Samantha at the front desk was welcoming and friendly, even though she was one of the few people who had to work on the holiday--I hope she got a good rate of pay!"

"a few things- construction inconvenience very irritating, but i guess can't be avoided
-while the room was clean a reasponable newly decorated, it smelled musty(watre problem) ... could be the old windows showing lots of condensation, but that smell leaves a person feeling like the place is run down
-i had a confirmed reervation, but when i checked in(5pmish)there seemed to be a problem with availble rooms. It left me feeling a little unconfident in the reservation system, for future visits, which I will have to make b/c of meetings in the neighborhood.

"The hotel is an older building, and could use some renovation and better lighting, but it was very clean, the people were friendly, and the price was great!"
