"I didn't like customer service at all. Front desk was disapointing to me. There are too many hidden charges. Not very hospitable."

"Very clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay again as it is a great location to Airport.

"No minibar in the room.
No pay per view movies.
$8.00/day for parking is preposterous.
No food services after breakfast.
Although, there was a bar and that the front desk person told us that it was open until midnight, it was closed for the duration of our stay.
The candy machines were in the hallway adjoining to the gym and was not accessible after 23h00.
Even though the breakfast was excellent, the coffee was cold every morning we were there.
The staff was polite and helpfull but one person under training (the one that checked us in) was very very slow and didn't seem to know what to do at times.
The room, pool and gym facilities were excellent."
