"When we reserved the Hotel on-line, we knew that we had Breakfast included; the moment we arrived there, the breakfast was only a hook to sell because we did not receive it.
Another hook was the free internet; when we arrived to the hotel, we realized that we had to bring our own computer, in orther to use that service.
We do not know how could you reward that to us.
Thanks for this opportunity to express our points of view."

"The shuttle driver was friendly but he didn't seem to know how to drive the bus. Fast, slow & at one point he slowed down so much under an underpass we were a little scared. There were 2 strange people on the side of the road and we didn't know what to think of what was going on. Was the driver going to pick them up, would we be mugged? After all we were the only 2 passengers on our way to the airport at 2 a.m. Not exactly a time of day where there is a lot of traffic or security near the underpasses.
We did make it to the airport with a sight of relief!"

"We were at this hotel without a vehicle for one night, and there was nothing close by for us to walk to.There was a restaurant in the hotel,so that was kind of our evening!"

"The gentleman that picked us up at the airport on Jan.17th, and drove us back to the hotel to pick up our vehicle was fantastic! He asked us all about our trip, and was just very friendly and a joy to ride with!"

"My two son's enjoyed the cookies upon arrival as well as the two waterslides. I requested and was given a room on one of the top floors facing the airport. They enjoyed seeing the planes fly by on their approach to the airport. I was surprised by how quiet the room was given the close proximity of the planes to it. The pool area will keep children busy for a couple of hours. I was very satisfied based on the price I paid for the room."
