"We stayed in room 324 and our brother Ken Martin occupied 325, the rooms were very cold and we couldn't raise the heat. The bathroom floor was too cold to stand on even with socks on. We complained a few times and they finaly sent up blankets and more towels for bathroom floor, and then eventually moved us to another room. The inconvience of having to move late in the evening was not compensated for. The gift shop needs to have better hours everytime we went to get something it was closed or not there according to time posted."

This AAA Three-Diamond Quality Suites is located less than a mile from Pearson International Airport and approximately nine miles from downtown Toronto. Paramount Canada's Wonderland is 14 miles away. There is a restaurant and lounge on the premises, and room service is available. The Quality Suites also offers free coffee, exercise equipment, free high-speed Internet access, valet laundry service, free weekday newspapers, a newsstand and gift shop, safety deposit, and parking (for a fee). Small pets are allowed. Meeting rooms are also available. All rooms have living areas, sofabeds, walk-in closets, air-conditioning, clock radios, dataports, coffeemakers, interior access, irons, and two TVs with cable.
