"Hotel was well appointed, excellent food, pleasant staff. The only thing I was disappointed with was the price of drinks from the bar. Very expensive and totally unacceptable in a country that is renowned for its value for money. Even by U.K. standards these were greatly overpriced."

"The hotel was absolutely wonderful. Surprisingly quiet. Good food. Great staff. Excellent clean rooms. Great place to stay if one was flying out the next day, or on arrival. There is a monorail in process which should eventually connect the hotel to the downtown area of Toronto. This should eliminate the problem of it being isolated from attractions, business district, and shopping."

"A hotel in a specific location (ie the airport), ideal if you have a 6.30am flight as I did. Its proximity to anything else is therefore irrelevent."

"Loved the king-size bed. The pillows were the best in any hotel we've stayed in and that's important for us for a good night's sleep."

"Your Beds are wonderful..the best sleep we had for a month (since leaving home). Your check in desk clerks were very helpful, friendly and professional. Your proximity to Terminal 3 in Toronto is excellent. All of YOUR HOTEL STAFF were very helpful and friendly (including your cleaning staff). NOW..THE RESTAURANT is probably the WORST I've had (at least among the bottom 5) ever! The prices are extremely high. The service (at least for the two of us) was non existant. We had the so-called "Oriental Buffet". We did have a waiter ONCE...to give us our BILL. (I even had to ask someone filling the Buffet..which was partially empty most of the time..for water.) To top this off I had terrible cramps and "all that go with it" BEFORE I LEFT TORONTO all thru the night. The only two things that I ate that my husband did not were a Kiwi Clam (mussel) and some white ball things that I'm not sure what they were. We have owned 2 restaurants for thirty one years so, needless to say, I was extremely dissapointed. After taking 2 Immodium I was able to fly to Central America..Guatemala and Honduras..where we ate in 26 different restaurants in 29 days and all were excellent and no Immodium needed. The only problem I had was in CANADA before leaving home..strange isn't it!!! Gladys P."

"Although right at the airport, it was amazingly quiet. I never heard one airplane throughout the night.
It is incredibly convenient to terminal 3. Just drag your bag across to the hotel. Terrific , especially at night, when one is tired and does want to wait for a shuttle, or trip into the city.
I highly recommend it for a one night stay."
